The meaning of the mark
Dr Murji + you
The mark is lowercase Greek mu—μ. Its body is drawn to the same visual height as the capital “J,” while the left stem keeps mu’s distinctive descender. “Mu” begins Dr Murji’s surname, and Mu Jersey echoes New Jersey. It represents the relationship between Dr Murji and you.

Mu Jersey is independent of and not affiliated with Inspira Health or Virtua Health. Those organizations provide local hospital, urgent-care, specialty, and primary-care services.

Medicare beneficiaries may enroll only after Dr Murji’s opt-out is effective and a compliant private contract is signed before covered services.

Outside collection, shipping, processing, laboratory, and pharmacy charges may apply. No specific price is promised before executed vendor agreements and a complete delivered-cost schedule.

Mu Jersey can provide transparent membership pricing for businesses that value employee convenience and predictable membership cost. Total cost, participation, tax treatment, and any savings depend on each employer’s plan, workforce, quotes, eligibility, and benefit design. No reduction is guaranteed.
Employers should have their broker, benefits counsel, and plan administrator evaluate HDHP/HSA, ICHRA, or QSEHRA coordination. Mu Jersey is not an insurer, broker, TPA, ERISA administrator, or tax adviser.

Is Mu Jersey health insurance?
No. Direct Primary Care membership is not health insurance and is not a substitute for major-medical coverage. Membership covers only the services identified in the final agreement. Hospital, emergency, specialist, imaging, most outside laboratory, and retail pharmacy services remain outside membership.
Will Mu Jersey bill my insurance?
The proposed model does not submit insurance claims for the primary-care services included in membership. Monthly dues still apply. Outside clinicians, hospitals, laboratories, imaging centers, pharmacies, and other providers may bill you or your health plan separately.
Will I always get a same-day appointment?
Prompt access is an operating priority. Same- or next-business-day capacity is a target, subject to clinical need, physician availability, and safe panel capacity. It is not a guarantee. The practice will measure performance after opening.
Can I message Dr Murji at any time?
Members are expected to have secure messaging and clinically appropriate phone or video communication, together with an urgent after-hours pathway and published response expectations. Routine messaging is not an emergency service. For an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Can I use an HSA?
Beginning in 2026, federal rules may permit HSA reimbursement for a qualifying DPC arrangement and may preserve contribution eligibility when every requirement is satisfied. Eligibility depends on other coverage and the final agreement. Ask your HSA administrator or tax adviser; Mu Jersey will not provide personal tax advice.
How would membership work for a Medicare beneficiary?
Medicare beneficiary status—not age alone—triggers the private-contract rules. Enrollment will be available only after Dr Murji’s opt-out is effective and the beneficiary signs the required private contract before covered services. The final process and effective date will be posted before enrollment opens.
Does joining the waitlist reserve my place?
No. The founding list is a free, nonbinding way to request launch and enrollment communications. It does not reserve a place or guarantee acceptance, priority, opening timing, or appointment availability.
